Duas to have righteous children

Wazakariyyā idh nādā rabbahu rabbi lā tadharnī fardan wa-anta khayru-l-wārithīn

And (remember) Zakariyya when he called his Lord, ‘My Lord, do not leave me alone and You are the best of inheritors.’  (21:89)

Faqul’tu-s’taghfirū rabbakum innahu kāna ghaffāra Yur’sili-samāa ʿalaykum mid’rāra Wayum’did’kum bi-amwālin wabanīna wayajʿal-lakum jannātin wayajʿal lakum anhāra

So I said, ‘Pray to your Lord for your forgiveness, Indeed He is Very-Forgiving, And He will cause the heavens to rain upon you in abundance, And will help you with riches and sons, and will cause gardens to grow for you, and cause rivers to flow for you. (71:10-12)

Hunālika daʿā zakariyyā rabbahu qāla rabbi hab lī min ladunka dhurriyyatan ṭayyibatan innaka samīʿu-duʿā

Thereupon, Zakariyya prayed to his Lord. He said: ‘O my Lord, grant me from Your o own (power) a goodly progeny. Verily, You are the One who listens to the prayer.’ (3:38)

“Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.”  (25:74)

My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous.” (37:100)

“My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favour which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims.” (46:15)

“My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.” (3:38)

“My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.” (14:40)

Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. (2:128)
