Session 1: The Leadership of Nuh (peace be upon him) – Resilience and Perseverance
The story of Nuh (peace be upon him) and his mission, his endurance in the face of opposition and extraordinary patience are filled with lessons.
In the challenges he faced guiding a stubborn people, we see the role of consistent communication in leadership. We also see how to handle rejection and criticism as a leader.
Session 2: The Leadership of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) – vision and conviction
The unshakable faith of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was a great testament as he stood up for truth against all odds. Ibrahim (peace be upon him) built a multi-generational legacy and we learn from him the importance of wisdom and diplomacy in leadership as well as trusting Allah’s plan.
Session 3: The Leadership of Musa (peace be upon him) – Strength and decision-making
The journey of Musa (peace be upon him) from exile to leadership is fascinating. His confidence in leadership despite personal doubts and how he handled conflict and confrontation from Pharaoh’s court.
We also see the balance between strength and humility, trusting one’s team – lessons from appointing deputies and lead people through crisis and adversity.
Session 4: The Leadership of Eesa (peace be upon him) & Muhammad (peace be upon him) – Compassion and mercy
The gentle yet firm leadership of Eesa (peace be upon him) and how he exhibited patience.
The Final Prophet ﷺ is the ultimate leader, who showed exceptional mercy and justice. He built a strong community of believers shifting their minds and cultures and customs by living the Quran.
